[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent submitted that the Government has issued a Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.17, dated 02.02.2024, for granting of minority status to the private aided schools. If at all minority status has not been obtained from the Government in accordance with the Government Orders and the guidelines in force, such schools are not entitled to avail the benefits under various schemes in force for the benefit of the Minority Institutions.
2. With the above clarification, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.M.S., J.] [S.S.Y., J.] 03.07.2025 NCC :
