the investigation in Crime No.1075 of 2021, which is registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 IPC. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that so far 8 witnesses have been examined and the police are in the process of completion of the investigation and within short time, they will complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.1075 of 2021 as quickly as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
