This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to grant permission to perform spiritual programme namely ''Valli Thirumanam Drama'' scheduled to be held on 23.09.2022 between 10.00 p.m. to next day morning 6 a.m. the public stage at Seelaikkari Amman @ Nagammal Temple, Erampatti Village, P.M.Pudupatti, Pannaimoondradaippu, Thiruchuli Taluk,

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has given a representation to conduct Valli Thiruman Drama to the Respondents, but they have no responded. Hence, he approached this Court and filed this Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned Additional Government Pleader by way of rejoinder submits that there is not complaint against the Petitioner.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for R4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3, the District Collector can pass appropriate order. There is no following the condition, the 4th Respondent within a powers to take appropriate action.
