Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2019. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
