ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that based upon the compliant given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.419 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, compromise was reached between the parties. CRL OP(MD). No.18362 of 2021 has agreed to pay the entire balance amount on or before 01.03.2022 in five instalments. Based upon the above said compromise further action has been dropped and the compliant came to be closed. 3.The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that this Court may keep the matter pending till the last instalment is paid by the petitioner.

4.Since the compromise reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. This Court cannot keep this pending matter, till the last installment paid by the petitioner.
