ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for both the parties would submit that the suit in O.S.No.205 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul, has been transferred to the Sub Court, Nilakottai and the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul, has been dismissed for default on 19.10.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 2.Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
