ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to comply 2/6

with the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Crl.M.P.No.3781 of 2024 dated 28.05.2024 to register the case upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.04.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Court in Cr.M.P.No.3781 of 2024 and the learned Magistrate has passed an order dated 28.05.2024 forwarding the petition to the Inspector of Police, Tirumangalam Town Police Station for action under due process of law.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since the matter involved several documents, enquiry is in progress and seeks three weeks time for completion of the enquiry.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the matter is of civil in nature. 3/6

5. Whatever it is, considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that in pursuance of the order of the learned Magistrate, enquiry is pending, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
