This petition is filed by the wife to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2016 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli and transfer the same to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for transferring the proceedings to Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 3.Hence, this petition is allowed by consent of both parties and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli is withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
