ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 4(2)(c) Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 r/w 370 of IPC, in Crime No.923 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant's version is that the petitioner is running a spa. On 28.06.2023, the petitioner informed the defacto complainant that he is doing brothel business with three women and insisted the defacto complainant to attend them in the hotel. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in another case in Crime No.900 of 2020 for the similar offences and also produced a copy of the FIR.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that both the occurrences are different.

6. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
