ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.02.2021 in W.P.(MD) No.10415 of 2017.

2. Originally, this contempt petition was closed by order dated 28.10.2022 recording some clarifications to implement the order of the Court and also granting liberty to the petitioner to reopen the contempt case, if it is not complied within the prescribed time. Complaining noncompliance, the petitioner filed Sub Application (MD) No.71 of 2023 to reopen the contempt petition and the same was allowed by this Court and the original contempt petition is listed today before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after allowing the sub application, the respondents settled all benefits to the petitioner

and complied the order. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is reserving his right to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court of law seeking interest, if any, for the delay caused in complying the order of the Court. It is placed on record.

4. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
