O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and file the final report.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though FIR has been registered in Crime No.88 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 120B, 448, 294(b), 427, 506(2), 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., on 01.04.2022, no substantial progress done in the investigation, thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that, so far as fourteen witnesses have been examined and investigation has already been completed and requested short time for filing the final report.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2022 and file a final report 2/4
