The petitioner alleges that the activities of one Vallikannu is causing nuisance to her. The issue pertains to letting out of drainage water. These are matters that will have to be necessarily settled by the local body. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take remedial action. This shall be done immediately and without any delay. This writ petition is disposed of. Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the first and second respondents. No costs.
