This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the suits in O.S.No.54 of 2016 and O.S.No.56 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Pattukkottai, to the file of the District Court, Pudukkottai and try the same along with O.S.No.16 of 2016.
