The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No. 95 of 2024, on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti. to the Sub Court, Bodinayakanuror.

2. Private notice is served to the respondent and the same is recorded.

3.The petitioner is not working and she has to take care of her aged parents. Moreover, she has to travel from Bodinayakanuror to Kovilpatti, which is more than 150 kilometres. Therefore, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. Accepting the said contention, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 4.Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
