When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that G.O.(Ms).No.93, Health and Family Welfare (H2) Department, dated 25.03.2015, had been superseded by G.O. (Ms).No.194 dated 21.06.2022. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
