O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the orders of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.N5/2015, dated 02.12.2015. By the order impugned in this writ petition, the application of this petitioner for appointing him as Local Cable TV operator at Muthalagupatty, Dindigul East Taluk in the year 2015 was rejected by the respondents.

2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2023, a representation was made on behalf of the petitioner that he is not pressing this writ petition. However, this Court has not permitted the counsel to withdraw the case that he is not the counsel on record.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Arasu Cable TV Corporation submits that if an application with proper 2/4

postal license is submitted through online for grant of permission for Local Cable TV Operator, the same will be considered by the Arasu Cable TV Corporation depending on the fulfillment of the requirements.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to apply as per the procedure stated supra. 28.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
