Pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the judment and conviction delivered by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai in Spl.S.C.No.107 of 2018 vide her judgment dated 29.07.2021 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the appellant honorably from all the charges referred to in the above said case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAMUEL GUNASIGH P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- We find from records that the earlier petition filed for suspension of sentence was dismissed as withdrawn. Pursuant to the same, the paper book has been made ready.

2. In view of the above, we are not inclined to deal with this petition for suspension of sentence and the main criminal appeal itself can be taken up for final hearing since the paper book has been made ready. Hence, the Registry is directed to add the main criminal appeal in the weekly list.
3.In view of the above, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
