Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Letter No.3298/,1/2015-4 dated 31.03.2015 served to the petitioner on 11.11.2015 and quash the same as illegal in so far as it relates to the non inclusion of the name of the petitioner is concerned and consequentially to direct the first and second respondent to include the petitioner's name in the panel of Block Development Officer fit for promotion to the post of Assistant Director for the year 2014-15 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
