The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that on account of the fact that subsequent writ petitions have been filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order of punishment imposed and seeking monetary benefits, the relief sought for in the present writ petition deserves no further consideration.

2. This being the factum, the writ petition stands closed. However, the writ petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate all the issues raised in the present writ petition, in the pending writ petitions and accordingly, seek redressal of the grievances. No costs.
