Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent Police to not to harass the petitioner in guise of the enquiry based on the complaint made by the 3rd respondent For Petitioner : Mr.S.Manickam For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent Police to not to harass the petitioner in guise of the enquiry based on the complaint made by the 3rd respondent

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
