ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for expediting the hearing in R.C.O.P.No. 11 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai.

2.From the B-diary extracts, it is seen that on 26.02.2021 the evidence of P.W1 has been completed and the matter has been posted for further evidence on the side of the petitioner from 11.03.2021. Two witnesses have been examined on the side of the petitioner. Thereafter, there has been no progress.

3.Considering the above, the learned learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of the petition in R.C.O.P.No.11 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is allowed . No costs.
