No.9423 of 2024:- Petition filed under section 482of Criminal Procedure Code (U/s.528 of BNSS) to pass an order by extending the time granted by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.RC(MD) No.405 of 2023 in order dated 13.04.2023. to deposit the 20 percentage of compensation amount.

Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under section 397(1) r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records and modify the caluse No.1 of the conditions laid down for enlarging the above revision petitioner on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge (I/C), Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.1123 of 2023 in C.A.No.24 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge (I/c), Dindigul. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Karthikeyan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: 1/3

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.405 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 to deposit 20% of the compensation amount.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court on 13.04.2023 while modifying the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1123 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023, has directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the concerned Court on or before 07.06.2023. Since the petitioner could not able to deposit the amount within that time, he has filed the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that appeal is not taken up for hearing, this Court is inclined to grant time. Hence, time is granted till 13.09.2024 for complying with the direction of this Court dated 13.04.2023. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
