2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (22.01.2025), both sides learned counsel submitted that the matter has been settled before the mediation amicably. Both parties are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. The identity proof of the parties is also verified. Both sides learned counsel filed a Settlement Agreement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. The contents of the Settlement Agreement were read over and explained to both parties in the presence of their counsel and both parties have accepted the same, as correct.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/s in both the petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, these Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of as withdrawn. The terms of settlement agreement shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
