3.S.Subbulakashmi :Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in case No.16253/Re-enquiry/D/2013, dated 08.012.2014 on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and incompetent and in consequence restrain the respondents 1 and 2 from in any way recovering any sum from the petitioner by way of penalty or in any other form based on the order of the 1st respondent, dated 08.12.2014 in case No.16253 / Re-enquiry / D/2013 and for consequential reliefs.
