(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYNARAYANA,J) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from shifting the TASMAC Liquor Shop bearing No.3377 situated at S.No.182/1B, situated at 1/3

Thoppampatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District to S.No.302/2A2 situated at Thoppampatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representations, dated 5.8.2021 and 17.11.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that a proposal is pending before the second respondent/The District Collector, Dindigul District, for consideration.

4.In view of the above submission, the District Collector, Dindigul District is directed to consider the grievance of the Writ Petitioner before granting approval and if necessary, the Petitioner may be given an opportunity of personal hearing and then pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
