(Crimina Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14260 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. Even though the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner in 2020 and that condition has not been complied, considering the grievance that is expressed by the petitioner, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14260 of 2020 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
