PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the Pension and Monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of appointment as a Section Writer reckoning with the petitioner's Junior Assistant Service (from 23.01.1985 to 31.12.2018), based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2023 made to the respondents.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Junior Assistant of the Commercial Tax department, seeking a mandamus to disburse the pension and monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of appointment of Section Writer considering his services as Junior Assistant from 23.01.1985 to 31.12.2018, based upon his representation dated 29.11.2023. 2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the authorities on 29.11.2023. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/5

3.Considering the above said facts, the third respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 29.11.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
