ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.466 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.09.2022 at 11.30PM, the accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant with hand and abused in filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are innocent and they had not committed any such offence, as alleged by the prosecution. It is a case in counter. Hence, prays to release them on anticipatory bail.
4. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital and it is a case in counter. Hence, prayed to dismiss the petition.
5.Since the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital, considering the gravity of the offence and nature of the offence committed by the accused persons, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
