Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time granted in Crl.MP(MD)No.9037/2023 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9385/2023 dt.27/6/2023 to the petitioners for surrender/appear and move bail application before the I Additional District Court/PCR, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District by executing the bail bonds and produce sureties. To directing the I Additional District Court/ PCR, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District to accept the surrender of the petitioners along with bail application in Cr.No.210 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police herein and to consider and dispose the bail application on the same day on merits. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGESAN D R, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9037 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9385 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 to the petitioners for surrendering and moving bail application before I Additional District Court (PCR), Thanjavur District by executing the bail bonds and producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since 20 sureties are required, they faced difficulty in arranging them and thereby, they could not appear before the I Additional District Court (PCR), Thanjavur District. Hence, they sought for extension of time for complying the directions of this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9037 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9385 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

3. Considering the circumstances, this Petition is ordered and time granted by 2/3

this Court vide order in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9037 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9385 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 is extended till 04.09.2023, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
