Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.RAMESH RAJA , Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11732 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file in Sp.S.C.No.44 of 2023.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11732 of 2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
