ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police.

2. The petitioner seeks grant of police protection for carrying out the petition mentioned activity.

3. I wanted to know if the petitioner is having enforceable order of the civil Court in his favour. The respondents 4 and 5 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18390 of 2021 filed O.S.No.611 of 2010 before the Principal District and Munsif, Karur against the petitioner herein and the suit had been partly decreed. The petitioner is not in a position to produce any order in his favour. It is for this reason I am unable to grant relief to the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. If the petitioner obtains any enforceable order from the civil Court, he can definitely approach this Court for relief.
