Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMASAMY.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for the petitioner to furnish the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7071 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce the sureties. Due to financial crisis, He is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7071 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order, dated 28.06.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7071 of 2022 is extended https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11720 of 2022 further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
