ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C @ 306 I.P.C, in Crime No.151 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 03.06.2022 one Elangamani/deceased, who consumed poison and committed suicide, for the reason that one Pitchamani who has given petition against the said Elangamani, which cause shame to his image. Hence, the complaint.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is innocent and he had not committed any such offence, as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is arrayed as A2. The cohttps://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.17095 of 2022 accused was released on bail. He is no way connected with the offence. Hence, prays to release him on anticipatory bail.

4. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that there was family dispute between the parties. A1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and A2 is the son of A1. The accused persons instigated the deceased to commit suicide. The investigation is not yet completed and hence, prayed to dismiss the petition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, the considering the allegations made against the accused persons as per FIR, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
