PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondent No.2 from interfering in the civil dispute and compelling the delivery of the possession to respondent No.3 in Survey No.1543/13-A, to an extent of 3 cent 56 Sqft at N.S.K.Street, Pethainyapuram, Madurai District.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to forbear the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute and compelling the delivery of the possession to respondent No.3 in Survey No.1543/13-A, to an extent of 3 cent 56 Sqft at N.S.K.Street, Pethainyapuram, Madurai District.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. Therefore, the second respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. As such, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent herein except any crime committed by the petitioner and the third respondent.
