ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking examination of representation dated 18.08.2024 seeking emergency leave to the husband of the petitioner by name Thanuskodi, Son of Thangam @ Thangapandi(convict No.1749) confined at Central Prison, Madurai for conducting ear piercing ceremony for their son to be held on 15.09.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded a copy of the order dated 30.08.2024 in No.297305/jF.2/2024 by which order the representation had been rejected.

3. In view of the same the Writ Petition stands dismissed, however giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition if required and the petitioner can question and challenge the said order.
