This writ petition seeks a direction to the first respondent to complete the Revision Proceedings initiated pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 07.12.2015, within a stipulated time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the revision petition is to be decided by the second respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer and that the said revision petition will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's revision dated 07.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass 2/4

appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
