ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.18536 of 2014 dated 30.09.2022 1/4

wherein this Court has directed the first respondent dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner. In compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent has issued proceedings on 12.09.2025 wherein the request of the writ petitioner has been rejected. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the order of this Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit and he has also filed an affidavit to the effect that some coercive steps were taken to serve the order order upon him.

3.This Court cannot entertain the said issue in the contempt petition. Considering the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.09.2025, if he is so advised. No costs. 19.09.2025.
