2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the same was not taken on file so far. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12762 of 2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
