The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of 1/4

Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the the sale deeds, dated 11.06.2025, in respect of the property in S.No. 191/4, Nochiyurani Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk, presented by the petitioner in Token No. TP/227465938/2025 and TP/225704099/2025.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
