Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wanted to run a saw mill and applied to the third respondent. On 01.10.2015, the petitioner's request was rejected. Challenging the same, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. Due to subsequent developments, the petitioner can very well re-submit her application. The petitioner has to submit her Aadhar card and furnish GST number along with her application. The petitioner's fresh application shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the third respondent who has been now re-designated as Deputy Director of Tiger Reserve Forest, Srivilliputhur and Megamalai, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District within a 2/4
