PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire record pertaining to the impugned rejection order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.141/Ka.Vu.Aa./Junction Range/FC/Thili-Ma/2022 dated 17.09.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 08.10.2022 and 09.10.2022 at Chatrapudukulam Village, Thachanallur, Tirunelveli District. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned rejection order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 141/Ka.Vu.Aa./Junction Range/FC/Thili-Ma/2022, dated 17.09.2022 and consequently, direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct 'Kabadi Tournament' on 08.10.2022 and 09.10.2022 at Chatrapudukulam Village, Thachanallur, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently objects to conduct the Kabadi Tournament in the village on the ground that there was caste clash between the community of Thevendrakula Velalar and Nadar and in this regard, a police was appointed to protect the said village.

3.In the light of the breach of peace in the village, it is not conducive to conduct Kabadi Tournament in the village. After the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to give a fresh representation with change of venue.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation by changing the venue. On such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same.
