2015 registered against the accused for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC, basing on a complaint given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the Police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2023.

3. Since the purpose for which the present petition has been filed has already been fulfilled on account of filing of the charge sheet, the cause does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
