JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The writ appeal is directed against the order dated 06.06.2014 made in W.P(MD)No.4511 of 2009.
2. The writ petition was filed by the respondent/writ petitioner to direct the second respondent to expunge the endorsement made by him on 29.12.2006 on the registered sale deed dated 15.05.2002 bearing registration No.1835 of 2002.
3. The learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition and directed the respondents to expunge the endorsement made in the sale deed within eight weeks.

4. Challenging the said order, the appellants have preferred the present writ appeal.
5. When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, it is stated that the document has been released in favour of the respondent after payment of deficit stamp duty.
6. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal. Hence, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
