Heard Mr.A.Mathan, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr.Ashok Mani, learned Counsel for respondent.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 326 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed in M.C.No.82 of 2020, dated 24.04.2024 by the learned Family Court, Madurai.
3. Mr.Ashok Mani, learned Counsel for the respondent, has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 326 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
