The petitioner having lodged a complaint before the Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India as against the borrowers, has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 26.03.2018.

2. There is no representation for the writ petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that action was already taken as against respondents 3 to 5 along with the petitioner and they are facing criminal prosecution before the Additional District Court No.II (CBI Cases), Madurai in C.C.No.9 of 2023.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
