Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2.
2. The petitioner wants police protection to evict the third respondent from the petition mentioned land.
3.If the third respondent is occupying the petitioner's land, the only remedy open to the petitioner is to seek recovery of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18427 of 2021 possession. When the petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court, he cannot expect the police to act in his favour.
