ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to forbear the second respondent from interfering with civil dispute in respect of property in S.No.1028, Maranthai Village, Alangulam Taluk. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that earlier, on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.994 of 2024, that after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed, that again the third respondent preferred a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and that after enquiry, the same was also closed by directing the parties to approach the civil Court. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of.
