This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary steps to survey the land and fix the four boundaries, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the property in S.No.264/1 has already been surveyed on 25.06.2022.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 29.11.2022 akv 2/4
