This Court has directed the 1st respondent, namely the District Revenue Officer to pass orders in the patta proceedings on the basis of the order passed in Rev.Apln(MD)No.171 of 2018, dated 04.12.2018.

2. Now, the present review applications have been filed on the ground that the order, dated 04.12.2018 in Rev.Apln(MD)No.171 of 2018 has already been challenged in a manner known to law. In case, if any other order is passed reversing the order, dated 04.12.2018 made in Rev.Apln(MD)No.171 of 2018, the same will be taken into consideration by the revenue authorities at the time of passing the orders. Until the order, dated 04.12.2018 is reversed in a manner known to law, the revenue authorities shall follow the said order. 4/6

3. With the said clarification, both the review applications stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
