ORDER

This sub application has been filed seeking to reopen the order passed in Cont.P.(MD).No.203 of 2023 vide order dated 26.02.2025.

2. Already the above contempt petition was closed according to the fact that the order passed by this Court on 08.08.2023 in W.P(MD)No. 25194 of 2023 was complied with by issuing appointment order to the petitioner. However, claiming that the arrears is not an issue, this sub application came to be filed making it clear that the sanction of arrears is a consequential action.
